Make it stand out

1. Make a ton of extra sourdough starter

2. Preheat oven to 400 with cast iron in the oven

3. Oil your cast iron 

4. Spread sourdough starter into hot cast iron and sprinkle with salt and Italian seasoning

5. Cook for about 20 minutes (depending how thick you spread your starter)

6. Get sauce ready. This sauce was dehydrated tomatoes from last years garden blended with cream off the top of our milk.

7. Get toppings ready. Today was raw cheddar, grilled onions and garlic, shishito peppers, and ham.

Note: DON’T FORGET to save your food scraps for bone broth. Just throw them into a bag and put them in the freezer for later. 

8. Pull out cooked crust

9. Spread sauce & smother with toppings 

10. Put back in the oven to melt cheese

11. Take pizza out of the oven and garnish with basil

12. Enjoy!
